Account & Identity

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Company name, business address, GST number
• Profile photo (if provided)
• Password (stored securely as a hash — never in plain text)

Order & Commerce Data

• Cart contents, order history, transaction data
• Lead form submissions (company, product interest, quantity, contact details)

Authentication Data

• OTP codes (used only for verification, not stored)
• Authentication tokens (stored locally on your device)
• Optionally saved email and password if you enable "Remember Me" (stored locally on your device only)

Technical Data

• IP address and request timestamps (collected automatically by our servers)
• App version information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your business account
• Authenticate you via phone OTP
• Process orders and cart transactions
• Capture and manage product leads
• Send in-app and real-time notifications
• Display your profile and business information
• Improve app performance and fix issues
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers strictly to operate the app:

4. Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device
• We recommend enabling a screen lock on your device to protect locally saved credentials
• Our backend is hosted on secure, industry-standard infrastructure (DigitalOcean)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Your personal data is removed within 30 days
• Order and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting regulations (GST compliance)
• Server logs (IP, timestamps) are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Update your profile information within the app
• Deletion: Delete your account at any time via App Drawer → Delete Account or by visiting our account deletion page
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format by contacting us

7. Advertising & Tracking

INARA does not use any advertising SDKs and does not display third-party ads. Your data is never used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

INARA is a B2B application intended for business users only. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

9. Permissions We Request

We do not request access to your contacts, microphone, or location.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
